About the Role
We are looking for a technical Customer Trust Specialist to join our InfoSec team. In this role, you will be the "face of security," working directly with customers and acting as the primary first responder when InfoSec expertise is required for commercial endeavors.
The ideal candidate is a technical professional looking to transition into a more client-facing position to partner closely with our sales organization. Your goal is to build comprehensive security documentation, satisfy our Enterprise customer requests, and help clients and prospects confidently trust us as a secure vendor.
Part of your day-to-day
- Act as the first responder and Security subject matter expert on calls with customers and prospects to discuss our security posture and architecture.
- Partner directly with the Sales, Solutions, and Deal Desk teams to handle security requests, neutralize technical objections, and help accelerate deal cycles.
- Build out and manage customer-facing security documentation to proactively enable client trust. This often involves managing a public-facing Trust Center and mapping internal controls to industry frameworks.
- Lead responses to complex customer security questionnaires (e.g., SIG, CAIQ), RFPs, and vendor risk assessments to support the sales pipeline.
- Maintain a proactive approach to your workload, seamlessly context-switching between technical tasks and external client interactions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience working in a Product company, enterprise-level startup, or an outsourced security firm, in similar roles.
- A strong foundational technical background, especially in Cloud technologies, coupled with excellent stakeholder management abilities.
- Clear and concise communication skills are paramount. You should have the ability to easily explain complex technical concepts and design decisions to diverse audiences.
- A highly adaptable collaborator who excels at working with others to align and implement plans.
Nice to Have
