Role Overview

The Drug Screening / Occupational Health Specialist I oversees each step in the Occupational Health environment to ensure operations are processed effectively. You will support clients by answering queries, assisting applicants with registration, and monitoring the occupational health workflow to ensure test results are reported in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Confirm and expire drug tests based on vendor confirmation.
• Check status on occupational health services completed 48–72 hours prior.
• Adhere to and assist in creating and maintaining client-specific guidelines.
• Contact vendors for additional information on testing requests.
• Work with applicants in remote locations to find collection sites in their area, manually registering them for testing when necessary.
• Manually register applicants using the zip code associated with their current address when not registered within 24 hours of an invite being sent.
• Compose and send occupational health test registration information to applicants.
• Provide hands-on monitoring to ensure all client needs are met.
