About the Role
The Revenue Operations Lead supports the systems and reporting infrastructure that powers our Go-To-Market organization. This is an individual contributor role sitting at the intersection of systems architecture, analytics, and program leadership. You will be accountable not just for keeping GTM tooling running, but for helping to decide how it should work.
As the GTM organization scales, this role helps set the technical and operational direction for our Sales, CS, and GTM tech stack. You will assist in defining system standards, prioritizing the RevOps roadmap against business impact, and helping lead automation and process initiatives that remove friction from the revenue engine.
What You'll Do
- Assist the RevOps team in defining the systems roadmap, establishing priorities, making build/buy/defer tradeoffs, and aligning stakeholders on sequencing.
- Lead complex, cross-functional programs (system migrations, integrations, automation initiatives) from scoping through adoption and measurement.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reporting, and analytics that measure customer satisfaction, account health, tool adoption, and utilization across the revenue organization.
- Develop account-level reporting showing tool and workflow utilization, identifying adoption gaps and actionable improvements.
- Package complex usage and performance data into decision-ready insights, translating analyses into practical recommendations and enablement guidance for Sales, CS, and GTM leadership.
- Maintain technical ownership of core GTM tooling, including Gainsight, designing scalable architecture, data models, and workflows.
- Define and enforce data quality standards, owning the reporting layer used by GTM leadership to make business decisions.
- Create presentation-ready narratives explaining queries, dashboards, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Partner with Sales, CS, Finance, and Product leadership as an operational advisor to translate business challenges into system and process solutions.
- Establish operational standards for issue intake, triage, and system reliability to eliminate recurring failure modes.
Who You Are / Requirements
- Gainsight Certification (Level 2 required baseline):
- Deep knowledge of Matrix Data Architecture, MDA objects, Data Designer, and Rules Engine.
- Experience designing and configuring health scorecards, playbooks, CTAs, and Success Plans from scratch.
- Experience with Journey Orchestrator programs, surveys, and email templates.
- Proven track record building reports and dashboards for CS leadership and executive consumption.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce ↔ Gainsight integration and data sync management.
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business systems, or a related function, with significant ownership of GTM systems.
- Deep hands-on Salesforce expertise (building dashboards, reports, workflows, analyses, and data models; certified admin preferred).
- Experience with adjacent GTM tooling (CS platforms, CPQ, engagement, BI).
- Builder mentality: proven track record of designing and architecting systems rather than just maintaining existing setups.
- Strong analytical judgment with the ability to define metrics, build robust analyses, and defend conclusions.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills with the ability to translate technical constraints into clear business narratives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects to completion without formal authority.
- Work Authorization: Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
