About the Role
NetBox Labs is hiring a People Operations Manager to run the day-to-day operations behind a globally distributed team. We are 135 people across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, France, and Spain, and we are still growing. Every hire, change, and exit creates a contract, a benefits enrollment, a system record, and a compliance obligation under that country's rules. This role owns that work, primarily within Justworks and Deel.
Most of our headcount is in the US, where the transaction volume sits. Our international population is smaller and considerably more complex, with different filing requirements and employment rules in each country. International operations represent a meaningful share of this job.
You will also help consolidate into a single system of record, maintain accurate people data, stand up operational infrastructure behind our leveling and compensation framework, and automate manual cycles. You will work directly with the VP of People with ownership over execution and processes.
Who This Is For
This role is for someone who takes pride in the craft of operations. You are fast and precise inside an HR system, notice discrepancies across platforms, and identify root causes behind routine requests.
When an issue recurs, you implement a permanent fix rather than just flagging it. You can turn messy, loosely defined projects into structured plans. You already incorporate AI into your workflows to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational speed.
What You Will Own
