We are looking for providers who are well-versed in the evidence-based treatment of sleep disorders, and who are empathetic, compassionate, mission-driven, collaborative, and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and examine patients with sleep-related complaints, providing them with a diagnosis and care plan tailored to their health goals.
• Discuss sleep study results, lab work, and imaging directly with patients.
• Conduct regular follow-up appointments to adjust medications and device settings.
• Provide chat-based support to patients navigating difficult healthcare journeys.
• Generate educational content to support online blogs and Neura's content library.

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) specializing in sleep medicine.
• Demonstrated interest in the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders.
• Strong soft skills: listening, negotiating, decision-making, and leadership.
• Culture fit: empathetic, mission-driven, collaborative, precise, transparent, compassionate, and results-oriented.

Compensation

• Position Type: 1099 Contract (2–4 hours per month with potential to increase over time)
• Initial Visit Rate: $60 per visit
• Follow-up Visit Rate: $30 per visit
