About the Role

You’ll be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing solutions to unlock our sales team. You will partner closely with RevOps, Sales Ops, Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal to turn deal friction into durable systems, smarter automation, and a seamless quoting experience.

Note: This role is based in San Francisco. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (our Anchor Days).

What You’ll Achieve

• Analyze business processes and sales systems to identify improvement opportunities.
• Independently drive projects end-to-end (requirements, design, implementation, testing, launch, and support).
• Manage Salesforce configuration (Flows, custom objects, validation rules, security) using sandbox-first development.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Systems team to deliver durable solutions.
• Partner with admins and developers to configure core CRM data models (Accounts, Opportunities, lead-to-opportunity).
• Support stakeholders with system questions and unblock workflows.
• Leverage AI to accelerate development, simplify seller processes, and reduce manual steps.

Skills You’ll Bring

• Salesforce Admin certification.
• 7+ years of experience as a Sales Business Systems Analyst or Salesforce support role.
• Experience with CPQ implementation and deep knowledge of quote-to-cash processes.
• Strong working knowledge of Sales Cloud best practices.
• AI-native builder mindset: comfortable using AI tools to generate code, build agents, and draft requirements.
• Ability to map processes and translate needs into user stories.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
