About the Role

This role is based in New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) to build together in person. As a Brand Designer on our Creative Studio team, you will tell the story of our offering in a way that is smart, refined, and witty.

What You'll Achieve

• Campaign Execution: Concept, art direct, and design high-visibility brand campaigns, product launches, and events that scale across channels.
• Systems Thinking: Contribute to brand systems, developing standards and tooling that improve velocity and consistency.
• Mentorship: Raise the bar for creative partners through feedback, critique, and repeatable design patterns.

Skills You'll Need to Bring

• Experience: 10+ years in an agency or in-house environment with a track record of high-impact, complex work.
• Portfolio: A strong body of work that is culturally resonant, visually diverse, and demonstrates multi-channel storytelling.
• Craft: Deep commitment to systems thinking, typographic excellence, and attention to detail.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to partner with illustrators, animators, copywriters, filmmakers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• AI Fluency: A tinkerer’s mindset with a strong perspective on how AI can expand creative expression and drive production workflows.
