Field Marketer - Notion

About the Role

Notion is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join our Demand Generation team. You will act as a bridge between sales, marketing, and operations to identify, engage, and convert decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise companies. You will own the end-to-end execution of field events—including Notion-hosted, third-party, and co-partnered activations—to drive pipeline and revenue.

Note: This role is based in San Francisco or New York City and requires in-office attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

What You'll Achieve

  • Customer Experience: Delight prospects with a guest-first approach to field events that bring the Notion brand to life.
  • End-to-End Ownership: Manage planning, logistics, production, venue sourcing, budget tracking, and audience acquisition for executive experiences, trade shows, and partner activations.
  • Strategic Execution: Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to optimize field event investments for maximum business impact.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales to align events with account-based marketing objectives and work with Operations/BizTech to manage go-to-market systems.

Skills You'll Need

  • 4-5+ years of related marketing experience.
  • A creative, problem-solving mindset; comfortable building events from scratch without a perfect playbook.
  • Bias for action and experimentation; ability to balance scrappiness with strategic thinking.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to align teams around shared goals.
  • Pipeline-obsessed; ability to connect programs to revenue and speak to pipeline contribution.
  • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to adopt AI tools to work smarter.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in a fast-paced, B2B tech environment.
  • Familiarity with Notion as a user.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Marketo.
