About the Role

Notion’s global Outcomes organization is focused on helping customers achieve business objectives. As the Growth Strategy & Programs Lead, you will design and scale the programs, operating rhythms, and cross-functional initiatives that make install-base growth more explosive and repeatable globally.

This is a high-impact strategy and programs role. You will bring analytical rigor to how we understand growth, translate insights into scalable programs, and help teams execute with consistency while allowing for local market nuance.

Note: This role is based in San Francisco. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (Anchor Days).

Your First 90 Days

  • Learn Notion's post-sales operating model and regional execution priorities.
  • Partner with RevOps, Data Science, Finance, Sales, and Services to develop a view of the key drivers behind retention and expansion.
  • Identify priority growth programs and build the initial program plans, success metrics, and stakeholder maps.
  • Partner with regional teams to adapt global programs for local execution.
  • Establish a repeatable rhythm for reviewing progress and capturing learnings.

What You'll Achieve

  • Build a clear, shared view of the drivers behind expansion and adoption.
  • Design and scale global programs that support customer adoption, value realization, cross-sell, and upsell.
  • Partner with regional leaders to turn local learnings into repeatable playbooks.
  • Create measurement and reporting mechanisms to track performance.
  • Support the design of customer growth motions connecting Sales, Services, and Partners.
  • Codify best practices to ensure growth is a standard operating rhythm.

Skills You'll Need

  • Experience in management consulting, investment banking, business operations, or post-sales GTM operations.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to design and manage cross-functional programs from strategy through execution.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align senior leaders.
  • Excellent written communication for strategy docs, program plans, and executive updates.
  • Comfort working in a global organization requiring both central strategy and regional adaptation.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and prioritize effectively.

Nice to Haves

  • Familiarity with usage-based, consumption-based, or product-led growth models.
  • Experience scaling global programs across multiple regions or segments.
  • Exposure to pricing, packaging, services, partners, or monetization initiatives.
