About the Role

We're looking for a Strategic Sourcing Manager, Corporate Services to define sourcing strategies, guide supplier decisions, and build long-term partnerships. You will partner with Finance, Legal, InfoSec, Privacy, IT, Compliance, HR, and Facilities to negotiate commercial terms and manage supplier performance.

Note: This role is based in San Francisco. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (Anchor Days).

What You'll Achieve

• Deliver measurable value, savings, and cost avoidance across Corporate Services spend (Finance, Contingent Workforce, Facilities, Benefits, HR, Travel).
• Build strategic procurement plans and translate business needs into clear execution roadmaps.
• Shape category strategy using market intelligence and total-cost-of-ownership analysis.
• Partner with Legal and Finance to structure deals that ensure budget visibility and risk mitigation.
• Reduce vendor portfolio risk through strengthened contract coverage and performance management.

Skills You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management.
• 3+ years owning Corporate Services categories (Finance, HR, Facilities, etc.).
• Proven experience leading end-to-end sourcing events (RFx, evaluations, negotiations).
• Strong analytical rigor in spend analysis, benchmarking, and business case development.
• Familiarity with SaaS agreement negotiations (license models, usage-based pricing).
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a collaborative environment.
