At OpenSpace, we’re redefining how the world’s most complex projects are built. Our AI-powered Visual Intelligence Platform uses computer vision and spatial AI to give construction teams a real-time view of what’s happening on-site, helping them build faster, safer, and with greater confidence.

But what truly sets us apart is our people. We hire curious, driven teammates who love solving hard problems, taking ownership, and making a real-world impact. Forbes has named OpenSpace one of America’s Best Startup Employers five years in a row. Come see what all the fuss is about ✨

About the Role

We are seeking a data-driven, strategic Senior Recruiter to help scale OpenSpace through its next phase of growth. This role will handle full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, including Sales, R&D (Engineering, Product, Design), and G&A, while partnering closely with hiring managers and FP&A to drive thoughtful, forecast-aligned hiring decisions.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Greenhouse ATS, strong stakeholder management skills, international recruiting experience, and a passion for leveraging data and analytics to improve recruiting efficiency and quality of hire. This is a high-impact role where you will influence workforce planning, optimize processes, and help shape how we hire globally. This is a remote position based in the US (EST or CST timezones preferred).

What You Will Be Doing

Full-Cycle Recruiting Across Functions

  • Develop and refine sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview plans, and success profiles.
  • Deliver an exceptional and consistent candidate experience.

Greenhouse & Recruiting Operations

  • Leverage and optimize Greenhouse ATS to its full capability, ensuring clean data, structured workflows, and reporting accuracy to maintain data integrity and compliance across global hiring efforts.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and implement process improvements.
  • Build dashboards to define and track recruiting KPIs for leadership (time-to-fill, conversion rates, source effectiveness, quality of hire).
  • Use funnel analytics to drive efficiency, improve hiring velocity, and reduce bias.

Workforce Planning & Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner closely with FP&A to align hiring plans with financial forecasts and headcount budgets.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to functional leaders across the organization, advising them on hiring prioritization, trade-offs, and market insights.

Employer Brand & Talent Strategy

  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and niche roles.
  • Strengthen referral programs and talent pipelines.
  • Ensure consistent, inclusive, and structured interviewing practices.
  • Contribute to diversity hiring strategies and inclusive recruiting practices.

People Projects

  • As part of the People Team, you will have opportunities to contribute to projects outside of recruitment, as recruitment demands allow.
