The Role

We are hiring two Lead Product Managers to own the vision, strategy, and execution for either our Hire & Onboard or Benefits domains. You will operate at the intersection of product strategy, engineering, and cross-functional leadership to build scalable, compliant, and user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and strategy for your domain, aligned with company goals.
• Lead discovery and prioritization, balancing regulatory needs, tech debt, and operational improvements.
• Translate strategy into execution, defining clear roadmaps and success metrics.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Finance, GTM) to ensure feasibility.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve hiring outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Use data-driven insights to inform decisions and measure impact.

Core Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a track record of owning complex areas end-to-end.
• 3+ years of experience in HR tech, hiring, onboarding, benefits, or B2B SaaS.
• Strong product discovery skills and the ability to solve problems from first principles.
• Hands-on experience with AI-prototyping and building automation-driven features.
• Highly data-driven with experience in multinational, cross-functional environments.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
• Fluent English language skills and a reliable home internet connection.
