Senior Product Marketing Manager, Workflows - PandaDoc

About the Role

PandaDoc is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the go-to-market strategy for our Workflows product pillar. Workflows are the foundation of our 2027 strategy, guiding customers from a blank page to a finished agreement and serving as the launchpad for our AI agents.

In This Role, You Will

• Start with the customer's job: Run research to map real-world tasks (proposals, contracts, quotes) to specific workflows.
• Own the workflow narrative: Build positioning and messaging for workflows as a cohesive product family.
• Lead the AI story: Define how we communicate the value of AI agents in preparing, routing, and completing agreements.
• Partner with Product and R&D: Influence roadmap decisions, sequence launches, and define success metrics before features ship.
• Drive discovery and sales: Shape how workflows appear in-product and on our website, and provide enablement for the sales team.
• Launch impactful changes: Plan comprehensive launches including in-product guidance and training.
• Drive adoption: Run campaigns that move accounts from single-use to multi-workflow adoption.

You'll Have

• 5+ years in marketing, with at least 3 years in B2B SaaS product marketing.
• Experience marketing workflow, automation, or process software.
• Hands-on AI fluency; ability to articulate the balance between AI automation and human oversight.
• Strong customer research skills with a track record of influencing product decisions.
• A bias for ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Discipline in setting and measuring success metrics and kill criteria.
