Director of Revenue Operations - PerformYard

PerformYard is a profitable, growth-stage B2B SaaS company transforming how organizations manage and measure employee performance. Our AI-enabled platform is widely adopted for its customizable performance processes, ease of use, and measurable business impact. As we scale, PerformYard has significant opportunities to accelerate growth by creating AI-native workflows, expanding into adjacent talent modules, and modernizing our user experience.

We are seeking a strategic, analytical Director of Revenue Operations to build the function from the ground up. This position will own our revenue systems and data, make reporting reliable enough that nobody debates the numbers, and turn analysis into decisions. The Director of Revenue Operations will report directly to the VP of Finance and partner closely with the executive team.

This is a 100% Remote Position - now & forever.

What You’ll Do

Be a Cross-Functional Strategic Partner

  • Bring proactive recommendations to Sales (pipeline, productivity, territories), Marketing (channel efficiency, lead quality, CAC), Finance (pricing, packaging, unit economics, planning) and Product/CS (adoption, expansion, retention, TAM).

Own Revenue Systems and Data

  • Run Salesforce administration, configuration, and data quality, along with our Snowflake and BI stack.
  • Lead our DealHub CPQ implementation, strengthen integrations across marketing, product, and finance systems, and set the shared metric definitions and governance that Sales, Marketing, Finance, and leadership all work from.

Institute Reporting

  • Build and maintain executive and departmental dashboards, automate recurring reports, and circulate weekly and monthly KPI updates with trend commentary.
  • Put QA in place so the numbers are trusted, and give teams the tools to answer common questions on their own.

Analyze Revenue Funnel

  • Track performance from acquisition through pipeline, conversion, bookings, expansion, and retention.
  • Segment by customer, channel, product, and rep; spot trends and underperformance before anyone asks; build forecasting models and refine them against actuals.

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years in Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, or Analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a track record of leadership success owning RevOps at a growth-oriented company, ideally one between $20M and $50M in ARR.
  • Hands-on ownership of Salesforce administration and CRM data architecture, integrations, and governance.
  • Experience with Snowflake (or a similar warehouse), SQL, and modern BI tools.
  • Experience implementing and managing CPQ, ideally DealHub.
  • Strong grasp of B2B SaaS revenue funnels and go-to-market motions.
  • A track record of building automated reporting and improving revenue performance through data.
  • Ability to explain complex analysis to non-technical executives and work across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product.
