AI Enablement Engineer - Replicant

We're hiring an AI Enablement Engineer to lead and optimize AI solutions inside Replicant. As the first dedicated hire in this role, you won't inherit a program; you'll build one. The work is equal parts consulting and construction. You'll sit with Sales, Delivery, R&D, and G&A teams to understand how their work actually gets done, building the foundations underneath it.

What you'll do

• Build the paved road: Make the safe path the fast path for Claude Enterprise and Replicant's AI Operating System.
• Turn wins into reusable patterns: Enable teams to build shared skills, templates, and agent specs so every new hire starts with a working baseline.
• Build the bench: Partner with the People team on AI literacy, run office hours, and develop champions inside each function.
• Work with every function: Collaborate directly with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and People to build custom solutions bridging technology gaps.
• Own the foundation: Manage MCP integrations, shared agents, agent identity management, and connections into commercial tools.
• Own continuous cost visibility: Build visibility for Finance, consolidate redundant tools, surface shadow AI, and cut costs through prompt caching and model routing.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Systems Engineer, Solutions Engineer, IT Engineer, or similar at a SaaS or cloud-native company.
• Proven track record of deploying and optimizing AI tools at company scale using a consultative approach.
• Strong technical range including scripting and integration work in Python, TypeScript, or shell, SDLC fundamentals, MCP, agent frameworks, secure authentication, retrieval, and API integration.
• Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into working agents and defend sequencing to leadership.
• A multiplier's temperament with patience for iteration and collaborative problem-solving.
