The Kind of Builder We're Looking For

• Experience: A minimum of four years of professional programming experience, preferably within a small team where individual ownership is high.
• Language- and tool-agnostic: Not dogmatic about a specific programming language, editor, or library; you pick what fits the problem.
• Holistic engineer: Comfortable moving fluidly across frontend, backend, and infrastructure rather than identifying with a single specialty.
• Pragmatist over perfectionist: You spot over-engineering early and know when "good enough now" beats "perfect later."
• Business-aware: You understand that engineering decisions are trade-offs in service of the customer problem, and you're energized by making those calls well.
