The Mission

Autonomy is the easy half. Making it defensible is the hard half. What the platform produces is used as fact by auditors and enterprise buyers whose decisions depend on us being right. Your mission is to make agent judgment something a third party will accept.

Where You'll Leave Your Mark

• Agents whose output nobody re-checks: Build evaluation harnesses that gate releases, golden sets built with real compliance experts, regression suites from production traces, and drift detection.
• A system that can prove what it said, and admit when it didn't know: Maintain unbroken provenance from source systems to audit packages, and handle failure states cleanly across hundreds of connectors.
• Other core surfaces: Tenant isolation, enterprise identity, inference economics for continuous monitoring, and framework modeling for 200+ global security standards.

The Kind of Builder We're Looking For

• Experience building a system where an LLM took autonomous, multi-step action against real data and displaced manual workflows.
• An engineer who treats the model as an untrusted subsystem with constrained outputs and independent verification.
• Depth in at least two of: production LLM and agent systems; temporal and provenance data modeling; high-fan-out integration reliability; multi-tenant and enterprise identity; inference cost engineering; domain modeling for regulatory rules.
• 10+ years building software, at least 2 of them at Staff scope.
• High range, willingness to challenge how we build, and strong influence without authority.
