Every hire must demonstrate at least Level 1 proficiency.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Physiotherapist (PT) based in Portugal who is motivated by delivering the best possible patient care. You will join our remote team within Portugal in a part-time capacity (minimum 20 hours/week).

What You'll Be Doing

Your time will be allocated to specific tasks and projects depending on business needs, primarily centered on patient triage:

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and safety screenings, identifying clinical red flags to determine program appropriateness.
• Clearly articulate the value and structure of the program to prospective patients, converting assessments into active participation.
• Utilize strong interpersonal communication and motivational interviewing skills to inspire patient commitment and long-term compliance.

What You Need to Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders and/or pelvic health disorders.
• Passion for personalized care that recognizes the whole person.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging members in a digital care workspace.
• Strong work ethic and ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commitment to data security and privacy.
• Comfortable with high-volume, repetitive assessment work.
• Fluency in English.
• Reliable internet connection and a desktop or laptop computer.
• Comfortable working with web-based tools (full training provided).

Nice to Have

• Completion of additional formal pelvic health education courses, such as level 1 pelvic coursework (or equivalent).

Compensation & Benefits

• Total Compensation Range: €7,982 — €12,543 EUR (adjusted based on exact hours worked per week, qualifications, experience, and market factors).
• Includes base salary, variable incentives, and private company stock options where applicable.
