About the Role

The Product Design team is looking for an experienced Designer to join our dedicated Product Growth team. You will be the second designer on an existing cross-functional team, working to propel initiatives around activation, onboarding, monetization, user expansion, and the referral flywheel.

Working closely with Product, UX Research, and Engineering, this role focuses on delivering minimum-viable solutions to test hypotheses. We are looking for someone who enjoys the cadence of regular delivery, learning from experiments, and upholding a high craft bar.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and propose product changes to move the needle on growth initiatives.
• Participate in the experimentation lifecycle, iterating based on research and feedback.
• Contribute to a backlog of experiment ideas, addressing friction areas through interaction design and prototyping.
• Advocate for product changes that support user interests.
• Maintain a high quality standard for shipped work, balancing experimentation with permanent design improvements.
• Partner with PMs, researchers, and engineers to define problems, set experiment goals, and measure impact.

What We Are Looking For

• 3-5+ years of product design experience, ideally in onboarding, growth, or monetization.
• Hands-on experience with growth tooling (e.g., Amplitude, Pendo) and A/B testing.
• Experience with self-serve, product-led SaaS business models.
• Comfort interpreting experiment results to guide design decisions.
• Ability to balance speed and quality.
• Experience working in distributed, async environments.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with networking concepts (DNS, VPNs, traffic routing) or hands-on experience with Tailscale.
• Experience using LLM tools within the design workflow for prototyping and user testing.
