About the Role

As a Senior Customer & Content Marketing Manager at Vetcove, you'll own the content and programs that keep veterinary clinics informed, engaged, and connected to Vetcove. From introducing new features and sharing customer success stories to developing educational resources for pet parents, you'll help our customers get more value from our products.

You'll partner closely with Product, Customer Success, Growth, and external partners to turn product updates, clinical expertise, and customer insights into useful, engaging content. You'll manage projects from idea through launch, including writing communications, coordinating video production, building our case study program, and creating thoughtful ways to recognize our clinic community.

This is an ideal role for a strong writer and organized project owner who enjoys both creative work and hands-on execution.

What You'll Do

  • Own Clinic Communications: Plan and write communications about new features, offerings, and product updates, helping clinics understand what's changing and how to take advantage of it. Maintain a consistent content calendar and voice across clinic communications.
  • Build Our Case Study Program: Identify compelling customer stories, interview clinics, capture measurable results, and produce case studies for our website, sales materials, and marketing campaigns.
  • Lead Clinic Engagement Programs: Develop and manage programs that recognize and reward our clinic community, including swag, food deliveries, and other thoughtful gestures. Own the budget, vendor relationships, logistics, and execution.
  • Create Pet Parent Educational Content: Build a library of short, practical videos and supporting resources covering topics such as medication administration and at-home care. Manage scripting, coordination with veterinary subject matter experts, production, and review.
  • Bring Content Into Our Products: Partner with Product to make educational resources available through Vetcove's Home Delivery and practice management platforms, including CRM communications, mobile experiences, and other clinic touchpoints.
  • Develop Partner Content: Collaborate with manufacturers and supply chain partners to turn product expertise into useful educational resources for clinics and pet parents.
  • Build Scalable Content Processes: Create content playbooks, templates, and an organized resource library. Establish clear workflows for content requests, review, publishing, and updates.
  • Support Vetcove's Brand Presence: Help shape Vetcove's voice across our website, social media, and external announcements.
  • Measure and Improve Results: Track content engagement, usage, and customer feedback to refine communications and prioritize new initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, content marketing, or community marketing, ideally at a B2B software or healthcare company.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to make complex topics clear and adapt content for veterinary teams, pet parents, and partners.
  • Experience taking content or marketing programs from initial concept through launch, with direct responsibility for execution.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, vendors, and review processes.
  • Experience producing video content or coordinating production, including scripting and working with subject matter experts.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and comfort collaborating across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and external partners.
  • Sound editorial judgment and attention to detail.
  • Comfort using engagement data and customer feedback to evaluate and improve work.
  • Ability to work independently and balance creative ideas with practical execution.
  • A genuine interest in veterinary care and creating content that helps clinics and pet parents succeed.
  • Experience in animal health is a plus but not required.
