Senior Fullstack Developer (C#/React), Migrate - Workleap

Your Role

As a Senior Software Developer, you'll play a key role in building the new ShareGate Migrate web application. With strong React, C#, and TypeScript expertise, you'll contribute across the full stack and collaborate closely with the product team to turn user needs into simple, well-crafted experiences.

Your Impact:

• Ship full-stack features that meet quality, performance, and UX standards from the first milestones of the new web app.
• Shape the team's technical choices (libraries, API patterns, code structure, test strategy) to accelerate future delivery.
• Translate user needs into shipped experiences in tight partnership with Product and Design.
• Integrate Microsoft APIs (Microsoft Graph, Azure AD / Entra ID, MSAL) reliably and securely.
• Anticipate technical risks and bring concrete solutions to keep delivery moving.
• Raise the team's technical bar through code reviews and mentoring.
• Master AI-assisted development tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot) to maximize output and quality.

Your Team

• Join the Web Experience team, a cross-functional squad within the ShareGate Migrate department.
• Work on an almost greenfield project with a strong culture of autonomy, collective decision-making, and AI-assisted workflows.
• The stack: TypeScript, React, C# / .NET, Microsoft APIs, and AI coding tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot).

What You'll Bring

• 5–10 years of experience in software development, ideally in a product-oriented environment.
• Strong knowledge of frontend development with React (TypeScript).
• Experience in backend development with C# / .NET.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise strong technical judgment in a product context.
• Experience collaborating with product and design teams.
• Experience using AI tools in daily software development.
• Clear, direct communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft APIs (Microsoft Graph, Azure AD / Entra ID, MSAL) is an asset.
