Your Role
ShareGate is a nearly $100M ARR business growing through inbound and channel engines. Following a CRM migration and revenue architecture update, we are seeking a Marketing Operations Analyst to own our marketing attribution architecture and connect marketing efforts to revenue generation.
Your impact:
- Own ShareGate's marketing attribution architecture across HubSpot and HockeyStack, translating funnel data into executive-ready narratives.
- Drive marketing performance by diagnosing inbound and channel effectiveness to optimize quarterly budget allocation.
- Build the reporting and diagnostic layer for ShareGate marketing, including campaign performance, funnel conversion, and source quality.
- Integrate AI tools, such as Claude, into the analysis workflow to accelerate data insights and deep-dive reporting.
Your Team
You will join a newly established role designed to bring coherence to our newly cleaned revenue and attribution foundations. RevOps at Workleap is divided into Systems & Operations (automation, CRM architecture, AI tooling) and GTM business partners embedded with business units.
You will report to the Director of RevOps and partner closely with the Marketing Ops Manager, who oversees systems and campaign execution while you manage data and interpretation.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years in marketing operations or marketing analytics at a B2B SaaS, software, or fintech company.
- Deep hands-on HubSpot expertise with demonstrated experience building and managing campaign, lifecycle, and reporting logic.
- Strong command of attribution models (first touch, last touch, multi-touch) and analytical judgment.
- Fluency in UTM governance, lead routing, lifecycle stages, and source/channel taxonomy.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex datasets into concise executive presentations.
- Regular use of AI tools to accelerate analysis.
- Bonus experience with HockeyStack or comparable attribution platforms.
