About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today.
The User Lifecycle team focuses on making the first experience with 1Password clear, simple, and trustworthy. The work centers on reducing setup friction and helping users understand product value.
This is foundational work: you’ll help simplify and make account creation and essential setup more reliable, as well as help users reach meaningful value and build habits that lead to continued use.
