The Role

As a Senior GTM Engineering Analyst, you’ll build AI agents, data products, and analysis workflows that help global go-to-market teams work faster and make better decisions. You’ll connect information across business systems, automate repetitive processes, and create reliable insights for leaders across Sales, Solutions, Customer Experience, and Channel.

Note: This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US. All go-to-market roles include an in-person onboarding in Toronto.

What You'll Do

• Rebuild sales and revenue operations processes to reduce manual work.
• Build and maintain AI agents that prepare call and deal briefs, draft customer follow-ups, rank target accounts, and flag deals needing attention.
• Build and maintain data tables and scheduled analysis jobs combining data from Salesforce, Gong, and other GTM systems.
• Create reports, alerts, and weekly manager briefs used by sales leadership.
• Partner with Sales, Solutions, Customer Experience, Channel, and Revenue Operations teams to define technical requirements.
• Map existing GTM processes, identify opportunities to improve data quality and efficiency, and enable data-driven decisions.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for quality, accuracy, privacy, and safeguards; track adoption and iterate workflows.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in analytics, revenue operations, sales operations, data analysis, or a related field.
• Experience building AI agents or workflows powered by LLMs used in real business applications.
• Proficiency working with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
• Strong Structured Query Language (SQL) skills and practical knowledge of statistics to distinguish signal from noise.
• Proven track record of documenting and improving business processes.

Bonus Points

• Experience with Python for building automations, integrating APIs, and connecting systems.
• Familiarity with GTM data tools such as Salesforce, Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, or modern BI platforms.
• Experience supporting partner/channel sales motions or operating across multiple regions.
• Academic background in a quantitative field (computer science, engineering, statistics, or mathematics).

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary Range (USD): $113,000 – $158,000 USD (Canada-based roles: $105,000 – $147,000 CAD)
