The Role

We are looking for a Crypto Operations Associate to join our globally distributed team. You will be responsible for the daily monitoring and surveillance of customer activity and operational tasks within our crypto brokerage infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Monitoring: Primary responsibility for the daily monitoring and surveillance of all customer activity.
• Operational Tasks: Manage trading executions, exceptions (errors, corrections), and cash management functions.
• Onboarding: Assist with customer onboarding, including KYC and account approval.
• Reconciliation: Review general ledger accounts and identify/reconcile discrepancies.
• Compliance: Support the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) program and investigate suspicious activity.
• Process Improvement: Proactively drive impactful changes across workflows, policies, and tools.
• Communication: Clearly communicate with internal and external partners in a tactical and insightful manner.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a broker-dealer, financial services, trading, or cryptocurrency operations role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency, or a strong desire to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and regulatory environment.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.

Working Hours

• Global remote location.
• Core hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT (8 hours per day).
• Holidays follow US market holidays.
