The Opportunity

You’ll be the engine behind our commercial team’s decision-making. Working alongside the CRO and Heads of Commercial and Marketing, you will shape the team's focus through data-driven insights. This is a broad role where you will handle everything from forecasting and renewal reviews to strategic executive projects.

What You’ll Own

• The Numbers: Manage reporting for pipeline, bookings, ARR, net revenue retention, and consumption-based pricing models.
• Our CRM: Maintain clean, structured data and optimize workflows for Sales and Customer Success.
• Insight & Analysis: Analyze conversion rates, sales cycles, win/loss reasons, and account-level profitability.
• Marketing Performance: Track campaign performance and pipeline attribution.
• Commercial Governance: Oversee deal approvals, discount policies, and contract audit trails.
• Operating Cadence: Manage the processes and reviews that keep the team in rhythm.
• Executive Projects: Lead high-priority strategic initiatives.

Your Background

• Experience as an operator (Commercial, RevOps, Sales Ops, Analytics, Consulting, or Finance).
• A proactive, "roll-up-your-sleeves" mindset.
• Curiosity about fintech and how money moves.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain complex data simply.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience in fintech, SaaS, or fast-growing startups.
