The Role

We’re hiring a Head of Product to lead a new AI-native initiative from 0-to-1. You will move from customer conversation to shipped product rapidly, work directly with customers, and build alongside product leadership, design, and engineering. We are looking for a product leader who gets hands-on with design, prototyping, and rapid iteration.

What You'll Do

• Own the product line end to end—from discovery and positioning through launch and adoption.
• Make judgment calls on where models belong in the experience to build genuinely AI-native products.
• Ship fast by writing specs, designing workflows, building prototypes, and working side-by-side with designers and engineers.
• Design evaluation frameworks to systematically measure output quality, analyze edge cases, and iteratively improve performance.
• Define and validate guardrails to ensure product output is safe, explainable, and trustworthy.
• Shape the underlying data foundation, normalizing data to power new insights.
• Establish weekly customer feedback loops with key accounts across operators, asset managers, and ownership groups.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and existing product teams to drive adoption.

What We’re Looking For

• 9+ years in product management at a high-growth startup or tech company, including owning at least one 0-to-1 product end to end.
• Proven track record of shipping 0-to-1 products that customers actually use (founder/co-founder backgrounds welcome).
• Strong product instincts and solid design sensibility.
• Fluency in leading customer discovery and translating qualitative feedback into clear product direction.
• Experience defining quality metrics and building evaluation loops.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and modern AI tools, or a track record of rapid technical learning.
• Bias to action and rapid iteration over perfection and heavy process.
• Background in BI, analytics, or data platforms is a plus.
• Proptech, multifamily, or real estate experience is a plus.
