Job Overview

As a Senior Product Manager on our AI team, you will own a significant portion of Mitratech’s AI program, driving it from concept through production and general availability. You will work across both the foundational AI platform (the "AI fabric") and the customer-facing experiences built upon it. This role involves close partnership with engineering, design, and other product leaders.

This is a high-ownership position within a senior team. You will tackle ambiguous, high-stakes problems, prioritize key initiatives, and be accountable for delivering enterprise-scale outcomes. Your specific area of ownership will be tailored to your strengths and the greatest business needs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Own a significant area of Mitratech’s AI program end-to-end, from strategy and roadmap to delivery, production, and general availability, meeting committed timelines.
• Transform ambiguous, high-stakes problems into clear plans and delivered outcomes, prioritizing effectively and driving decisions to completion.
• Collaborate closely with engineering on an AI-dense platform to translate discovery into shippable scope, ensuring alignment between plans and delivery.
• Convert customer and early-access feedback into a clear, prioritized roadmap for future development.
• Ensure solutions are coherent and reusable across the shared AI platform and its overlying experiences, avoiding one-off product implementations.
• Represent the product to senior stakeholders and customers, and elevate the standard of product craft within the team.

Requirements & Skills

• 7+ years of product management experience, specifically in building AI/ML or technically deep platform products.
• Proven track record of successfully shipping complex products to general availability within committed timelines in an engineering-intensive environment.
• Ability to independently own and drive ambiguous, cross-cutting problems to successful outcomes.
• Working fluency with generative AI and large language model product concepts, and comfort collaborating closely with engineering and architecture teams.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills across engineering, design, and product, coupled with clear written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.
• Enterprise B2B SaaS experience, preferably serving legal, risk, compliance, or other regulated functions.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• An advanced degree (e.g., MBA or a technical master’s) is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Anticipated Pay Range: $160,000 – $170,000 Annually USD

Total compensation includes US employee benefits and annual bonus eligibility.
