Hi, I'm Steph, and I joined the team in October 2024. My Ashby “a-ha” moment came when I was an Ashby customer and a member of the C-suite reached out with a few urgent questions about one of our high-priority roles. In response, I built a comprehensive dashboard in Ashby. Why was this so exciting? For the first time in my career, I could independently dig into every part of the process and get answers all by myself, right in my ATS. No data team needed, no manual spreadsheet checks, just full access to everything I needed to know!

We will be running this in a cohort model. The application window will close on Monday, September 14th at 9am Pacific.
