What You'll Do
- Serve as the first line of support for EPD managers and employees—fielding day-to-day HR questions and coaching managers on in-the-moment issues, resolving independently before escalating.
- Participate in employee lifecycle events (onboarding, transfers, resignations, offboarding) and help administer related programs such as engagement surveys.
- Guide employees through leave-of-absence processes in coordination with Benefits and our third-party leave administrator.
- Support investigations and performance documentation while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
- Run and communicate business programs end-to-end, including performance review cycles (mid-year and annual), compensation update processes, and L&D initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional People Team members (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, L&D, People Ops) to keep programs globally consistent.
- Navigate a matrixed EPD structure, managing multiple stakeholder relationships simultaneously amid shifting priorities.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline lifecycle administration, program execution, and recurring reporting.
- Partner closely with your manager to proactively surface patterns and signal from your caseload.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of HR generalist or HR business partner-adjacent experience, ideally supporting technical or product teams.
- Strong process discipline and organizational skills.
- Experience fielding a high volume of manager and employee questions using independent judgment.
You'll Thrive If You:
- Default to solving problems independently before escalating.
- Enjoy variety and pace over deep specialization in a single HR domain.
- Get genuine satisfaction from operational excellence and execution.
- Are comfortable being the "how do we get this done" point person.
- Are fluent with AI tools and look for opportunities to automate recurring tasks.
- Operate effectively in a highly matrixed, fast-changing environment.
