
Senior Strategic Implementation Specialist
As part of Ashby's growing Professional Services team within the Customer Success organization, you'll play a key role early in the customer journey—ultimately helping to elevate the entire customer experience.
About this role
As our Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing the end-to-end implementation of Ashby’s solution for many of our new customers. You will work directly with customers in our Strategic (predominantly Enterprise) segment, developing and executing implementation plans to ensure a positive customer experience and expedited time to value.
Role requirements
- Implementation & Project Management: Experience managing and executing complex implementation and onboarding projects concurrently in a high-growth B2B SaaS organization, defining work, aligning stakeholders, and delivering results. Remote-first setting with <10% travel as needed for strategic customer engagements.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of complex, configurable B2B SaaS products and their technical intricacies, including multi-step workflows and integrations.
- Customer Centricity: Adept at understanding customer needs, tailoring implementations, and building strong relationships as a proactive guide and advocate.
- Change Management: Experienced in navigating change management processes to help customers adapt to new systems.
- Best Practices & Recommendations: Skilled in advising customers on software best practices to ensure optimal value.
- Critical Thinking & Solutions Orientation: Proactively address thematic customer opportunities and solve problems critically.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
