What You'll Do

As Senior PM for Developer Ecosystems, you'll play a critical role in driving our ecosystem strategy across four key areas:

• Ecosystem Strategy & Vision: Partner with Boulevard's Partnerships team to define the ecosystem strategy (who we build for, where we play, and how we grow). Influence the build-vs-partner framework and drive alignment with executive stakeholders.
• Partner & Integration Experience: Own Boulevard's integration portfolio end-to-end, from first-party integrations (Shopify, QuickBooks, etc.) to the developer platform and partnerships.
• MCP & AI Connectivity: Own Boulevard's MCP strategy, defining how external AI agents and systems interact with Boulevard on behalf of businesses and clients.
• Define and Measure Success: Define developer adoption, integration usage, and partner-driven revenue impact to continuously refine the vision and roadmap.

What You'll Bring

• Platform PM Experience: 5+ years in product management, with significant time owning developer-facing products (APIs, developer portals, or similar).
• Ecosystem Strategy Depth: Experience building or scaling a developer ecosystem, with a clear point of view on partner investment sequencing, API monetization, and ecosystem maturity.
• Build vs. Partner Judgment: A consistent framework for when to build in-house, when to enable third-party developers, and when to pursue strategic partnerships.
• Technical Fluency: Ability to discuss API design, webhook architecture, and MCP directly with engineers.
• Partnership Collaboration: Experience working in close, shared-accountability relationships with Partnerships or BD teams.
• Executive Communication: Ability to communicate complex technical tradeoffs clearly to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
• First-Principles Thinking: Energized by ambiguity and capable of bringing clarity and structure to evolving spaces.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency with AI tools as part of your own practice (accelerating discovery, sharpening tradeoff analysis, etc.).
• Experience in vertical SaaS, services-industry platforms, or multi-tenant B2B environments.
