Our flagship product is the world’s largest AI companionship platform, governed by our proprietary moderation system, EverGuard—an internal AI designed to ensure everything we build is safe, ethical, and human-first.

We are a team of ~100 people led by serial entrepreneurs with proven track records scaling tech companies from zero to IPO and acquisition:

• Alexis Soulopoulos (CEO): 10+ years executive leadership, Co-Founder Mad Paws Holdings (0 to IPO), Forbes 30 under 30.
• Michael Monin (Co-founder & CTO): 10+ years CTO/COO, serial entrepreneur (MTK Digital, Zipchat).
• Thomas Lacroix (Co-founder & CMO): 8+ years customer acquisition, serial entrepreneur (Curatible, MTK Digital).
• Maruša Fasano (CFO/Legal): 25+ years in Finance/M&A, ex-CFO @ Curatible.

Your Role

This role is built differently from traditional spec-and-handoff PM roles. You will steer a developer squad end-to-end: investigating opportunities, analyzing user behavior, prototyping solutions with AI, contributing code, launching experiments, and improving what reaches production.

You will work directly with Pierre Gerbaud (Product Lead) and Michael Monin (Co-founder & CTO) on a product used by over 50 million people, growing toward 100 million.

Your Responsibilities

• Own the work end to end: Understand the problem, choose an approach, build solutions (using AI-assisted coding and PRs), launch, measure, and iterate with minimal handoffs.
• Build with AI every day: Integrate AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) into daily research, analysis, prototyping, and debugging workflows.
• Prioritize and test fast: Identify impactful opportunities and design lightweight experiments to validate assumptions quickly.
• Data-driven iteration: Define success criteria upfront, analyze outcomes after going live, and double down or stop based on real data.
• Cross-functional squad leadership: Partner directly with Product Leads, Co-founders, designers, and engineers to deliver core features.
• Maintain velocity: Actively identify and resolve blockers, challenge assumptions directly, and find alternative paths forward.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AI user: Experience using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex daily to build functional features, tools, or prototypes.
• Data-informed decision-maker: Proven experience running A/B tests, product experiments, or data deep-dives to drive core product metrics.
• Self-directed explorer: Independent drive to experiment with new AI tooling and technologies without waiting for direction.
• High ownership mindset: Comfortable navigating ambiguity, taking initiative, moving fast, and taking responsibility for outcomes.
• Strong communication skills: Direct and clear collaborator capable of working with cross-functional technical teams in fluent English.
• User experience focus: Strong product design intuition and high standards for usefulness, engagement, and UI quality.
• Domain comfort: Fully comfortable building products based on uncensored AI models and content.

Bonus Points

• Design fluency sufficient to prompt usable UI independently.
• Experience in fast-scaling consumer tech / D2C scale-ups.
• Background in consumer-facing digital entertainment, gaming, avatars, or media.
