Graduate Customer Success Manager - Canonical

The Role

Customer success is a strategic department at Canonical focused on reducing churn, facilitating product adoption, and supporting account expansion. As a Graduate Customer Success Manager, you will build trust with customers, understand their objectives, and help them navigate Canonical's vast product portfolio.

This is an entry-level position within the CSM organization, primarily focusing on the Tech segment and store customers, while managing an assigned portfolio. You will ensure the best user experience through problem-solving, onboarding, and enablement.

What You Will Do

  • Support: Resolve customer ticket requests and enrich documentation for problem-solving, Q&A, and onboarding.
  • Engagement: Drive campaigns targeting multiple customers through digital touch-points.
  • Onboarding: Introduce new customers to products including Ubuntu Pro, MAAS, Landscape, Openstack, Ceph, and Kubernetes.
  • Strategy: Collaborate with Sales and Support to deliver engagement plans that fulfill customer objectives.
  • Feedback: Identify high-potential and high-risk customers and relay feedback to the product team.

What We Are Looking For

  • Customer-facing experience.
  • An empathetic individual with a natural drive to help others.
  • Passion for technology, infrastructure, and Ubuntu.
  • Excellent presentation and organizational skills.
  • A team player capable of interacting with all internal departments.
  • Bonus: Proficiency in Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, or Italian is highly valued.
