Position Overview

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our rapidly growing team. You will collaborate with field sales and marketing to identify enterprise customer challenges, generate new business opportunities, and expand Canonical's global footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound & Outbound: Manage inbound inquiries via email, phone, and chat; execute outbound campaigns (calls, emails, social, webinars).
• Lead Generation: Conduct prospect research and account mapping.
• Events: Represent Canonical at domestic and international trade shows and events (requires occasional travel).
• Pipeline Management: Manage leads within the CRM and provide feedback to marketing for campaign optimization.
• Strategy: Participate in the development of team processes and policies.
