Salesforce Administrator - Canonical

About the Role

Canonical is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our Commercial Systems unit. You will focus on engineering quality, process efficiency, and the continuous improvement of our business systems. You will work within a team responsible for maintaining and optimizing platforms including Salesforce and NetSuite to support our global business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engineering solutions within NetSuite, Salesforce, and other business systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business specifications, technical designs, and code reviews.
• Gain a deep understanding of Canonical business processes.
• Depending on seniority, provide coaching, mentorship, and career development feedback.
• Evangelize best-in-class engineering and organizational practices.

What We Are Looking For

• Exceptional academic track record (high school and university).
• Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or a compelling narrative of an alternative path.
• A track record of exceeding expectations to achieve outstanding results.
• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or other CRM/ERP systems.
• Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills.
• Result-oriented mindset with a drive to meet commitments.
• Ability to travel internationally twice a year for company events (up to two weeks long).

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Performance engineering and security experience.
• Experience in accounting, sales, sales operations, or related business roles.
