• Frontend: React, TypeScript, Vite, CSS Modules, Storybook.
• Testing: Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright, Chromatic.
• Backend: Python (Flask/FastAPI), MongoDB, Postgres, Elasticsearch, AWS.

About the Role

The Growth team owns the surfaces that turn sign-ups into paying customers: onboarding, activation, billing, and checkout. We prioritize shipping fast, learning, and standardizing.

Key Projects

• Agent-forward experience: Building AI agents that teach users by doing, rather than just automating tasks.
• Unstructured data integration: Turning inbox data into a working CRM to eliminate manual entry.

You Are

• A seasoned frontend engineer: Expert in React with the ability to pick the right tool for the job.
• Fluent in experimentation: Experienced in designing features that produce meaningful data and metrics.
• AI-literate: You have shipped LLM-backed features and use AI tools daily to accelerate your workflow.
• A builder: You prioritize getting iterations in front of customers over perfection.
• Bonus: Experience with Amplitude implementation.

You Will

• Own the UI layer for agent-forward onboarding experiences.
• Design and instrument experiments in Amplitude to drive B2B conversion.
• Work across the entire product surface, including billing, import, and activation.
• Move at "learning speed," shipping prototypes and cleaning up after insights are gained.
