About the Role

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will contribute to our revenue engine by delivering pipeline at scale. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find solutions while developing your sales skills in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers needing solutions.
• Develop customer-centric sales skills and product expertise.
• Generate new business opportunities from inbound and marketing-generated leads.
• Discover pain points and map them to Cloudflare’s solutions.
• Work cross-functionally with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Operations.
• Manage sales activities and results using Salesforce (SFDC).
• Participate in the creation and iteration of team processes.
• Meet quotas for qualified opportunities, response SLAs, and pipeline value.

Requirements

• Languages: Fluency in Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a BDR or similar capacity in the technology industry (SaaS experience is a plus).
• Skills: Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, strong analytical and time management skills, and excellent interpersonal communication.
• Tools: Experience with Outreach and Salesforce is a plus.
• Tenure: This role has a tenure requirement of 18-24 months before internal mobility eligibility.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 418K-574K SEK (includes on-target incentive compensation).
