Partner Solutions Architect - Service Providers

About the Role

As a Partner Solutions Architect (PSA) for Service Providers, you will act as the principal technical leader driving the pre-sales and post-sales relationship with top-tier Global and GEO Partners, including Service Providers (SPs) and Managed Service Providers (MSPs). You will collaborate at the executive and enterprise architect level to drive global GTM strategy and design repeatable reference architectures, with a focus on Cloudflare One (SASE/SSE) and AI Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Architecture & Strategy

• GTM Alignment: Own the technical relationship with top-tier partners to launch repeatable global GTM strategies.
• Technical Account Planning: Drive the end-to-end Technical Account Plan (TAP) for strategic Global GSIs and SPs.
• Champion Building: Cultivate executive-level technical advocates within partner organizations to scale Cloudflare expertise.
• Reference Architectures: Create and implement repeatable reference architectures to migrate legacy enterprise networks to Cloudflare One.
• Deal Support: Enable partner technical validation, PoCs, and pipeline acceleration for complex global deals.

Post-Sales & Service Delivery

• Accelerated Services Delivery (ASD): Own the partner journey to ensure top-tier partners can deploy and support Cloudflare platform and AI workloads.
• Joint Services: Co-develop joint services catalogs and managed security offerings.
• Monetization: Enable partners to embed CF1 and Workers AI into their core enterprise offerings.
• Governance: Act as the escalated principal technical point of contact for long-term architectural health.

Automation & Innovation

• AI Integration: Leverage Cloudflare OS and AI tools (Agent PAT/Echo) to automate technical tasks.
• Feedback Loops: Engage in the Partner Technical Advisory Council (PTAC) to drive co-innovation and capture product feedback.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of technical, partner-facing experience (e.g., Enterprise Solutions Architect, Principal Systems Engineer) in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or networking.
• Proven track record managing Global System Integrators (GSIs) or major Service Providers (SPs).
• Deep architectural expertise in Cloudflare One (SASE/SSE), Zero Trust, DNS, and application security.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI deployment, AI Gateway, LLM orchestration, or vector databases.
• Exceptional communication and executive-presence skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
