About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Majors Account Executive to join our Enterprise/Field Sales team. You will lead strategic customer engagements, securing and expanding critical platform sales. You will act as a subject matter expert, engaging with CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs to shape digital transformation journeys.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Revenue Leadership: Own and execute territory plans, consistently exceeding multi-million dollar sales targets.
• Pipeline Mastery: Lead with precision in forecasting and proactive pipeline management.
• Enterprise Architecture Expertise: Map Cloudflare solutions to customer business models across business, data, applications, and technology pillars.
• C-Suite Engagement: Orchestrate complex engagements and manage executive sponsorship programs.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead virtual teams (Product Managers, VPs, SVPs) to close transformative opportunities.
• Digital Transformation Visionary: Position Cloudflare as an indispensable partner by identifying market trends and customer drivers.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience selling complex, multi-million dollar B2B technology solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Cloudflare’s product suite and the broader security landscape.
• Proven success in executive-level negotiation and C-suite influence.
• Expert proficiency in sales intelligence platforms (Salesforce, MEDDPICC, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
• Ability to travel extensively for customer and internal engagements.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $294,000 - $380,000 (Illinois-based hires).
• Equity: Eligible to participate in Cloudflare’s equity plan.
