Senior Manager, Digital Native UKI - Cloudflare

About the Role

As the Senior Sales Manager for the UKI Digital Native team, you will lead a high-performing sales organization focused on high-growth, developer-driven companies. You will be responsible for revenue generation, strategic hiring, and brand awareness while fostering Cloudflare's unique culture. This role requires a balance of high-velocity sales cycles and long-term enterprise strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute market strategies tailored to digital-native companies, startups, and high-growth technology firms.
• Team Leadership: Lead and scale the UKI Digital Native sales team, fostering collaboration across solution engineering, customer success, and field marketing.
• Sales Excellence: Apply Cloudflare’s sales methodology to drive best practices in technical selling, pipeline management, forecasting, and account strategy.
• Relationship Management: Act as a trusted partner for developers and engineering leaders; oversee executive relationship mapping and account planning.
• Brand Presence: Represent Cloudflare at industry conferences and developer-focused events.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure adherence to corporate policies and lead regular business cadences, including forecast calls and deal reviews.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record of scaling teams.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, APIs, DevOps workflows, and developer ecosystems.
• Experience selling cloud, security (Zero Trust, SASE), and networking solutions.
• Proven success in managing both long-term enterprise sales and high-velocity sales motions.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
