About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Named Account Executive to act as a Market Architect for the Benelux region. You will not just sell a product; you will challenge the status quo, helping CTOs and CISOs rethink their entire architecture from the network up.

Key Responsibilities

• Construct the Market: Identify how global Benelux enterprises can leverage our network to accelerate digital transformation. Drive high-impact, complex deals that transform company operations.
• Chorale the C-Suite: Engage senior IT, security, and business stakeholders. Guide leaders through the shift to SASE, Zero Trust, and AI-native environments.
• Orchestrate the Eco-System: Act as the "CEO" of your territory. Lead a cross-functional team including Solutions Engineers, Product leaders, and Marketing to deliver value-based outcomes.
• Lifecycle Ownership: Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing, treating your patch as a strategic business franchise.

The Candidate

• Experience: 12+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in high-growth cybersecurity or cloud-native environments.
• Mindset: Entrepreneurial, resilient, and comfortable with autonomy.
• Technical Aptitude: A system thinker who understands how networks and security function in cloud-first and AI-forward environments.
• Approach: A "Challenger" who is comfortable pushing back to ensure clients receive the correct architectural solutions.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Estimated annual salary range of €202,000 - €277,000 (includes on-target incentive compensation).
• Equity: This role is eligible to participate in Cloudflare’s equity plan.
