About the Role
As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you will lead strategic engagement for a portfolio of premier Melbourne-headquartered enterprise accounts across Financial Services, Healthcare, Media, and Digital Tech. You will drive the adoption of Cloudflare’s platform—including Security, Performance, Zero Trust, and AI infrastructure—positioning us as a foundational pillar for digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Relationship Management: Build and nurture executive-level relationships (C-suite/Tech leaders) to establish trusted advisor status.
- Territory Leadership: Formulate engagement strategies for your Melbourne portfolio, driving adoption of core solutions.
- Partner Ecosystem: Collaborate with channel partners, GSIs, and cloud ecosystem vendors to extend reach and influence.
- Business Development: Identify and qualify high-impact opportunities using AI-assisted research and cross-functional collaboration.
- Operational Rigor: Execute multi-year account plans with high standards for forecasting and pipeline hygiene.
- Full Lifecycle Collaboration: Partner with Customer Engineers, Success, and Professional Services to ensure value realization.
- Knowledge Leadership: Share industry insights and mentor peers to elevate team performance.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Proven track record of exceeding complex B2B enterprise software or SaaS sales quotas.
- Deep understanding of the Melbourne enterprise market and complex procurement/legal processes.
- Ability to build relationships with CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs.
- Strong technical aptitude in cloud, network, Zero Trust, SASE, and AI infrastructure.
- Proficiency in modern sales tools and AI-assisted workflows.
- Existing network within target accounts (e.g., ANZ Bank, BUPA, REA Group, Xero).
- Experience co-selling with major GSIs and regional consultancies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
