About the Role

The Senior OIC and OPA Developer is the definitive technical expert responsible for developing, governing, and standardizing all data movement and orchestration involving the Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud environment. This role designs complex integration patterns using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Process Automation (OPA), ensuring adherence to enterprise architecture and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Complex Integration Design: Architect and develop challenging, cross-functional, and real-time integration patterns for the Oracle Fusion program.
• Architecture & Governance: Act as the technical gatekeeper for all Oracle integration and process automation design. Define the long-term technical roadmap for the OIC/OPA platform.
• Technical Development: Drive the design and development of interfaces, conversions, orchestrations, and workflows using REST, SOAP, ERP, FTP, and database adapters. Leverage Oracle AI Data (ATP Database) for staging and build BIP reports.
• Security & Performance: Define and validate technical security protocols for endpoints and interfaces (e.g., OAuth, API Gateway), ensuring compliance and performance.
• Technical Mentorship: Provide leadership and direction to developers building integrations.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience architecting and governing enterprise-level integrations for major ERP/SCM/GTM systems.
• Expert-level, hands-on knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (adapters, mapping, orchestration).
• Proven experience working with central Enterprise Architecture teams to enforce standards.
• Deep understanding of SOA, microservices, API management, and security protocols.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like FlexDeploy.
• Hands-on experience with GoLang, Boomi, or similar integration tools.
• Working knowledge of AI Agent Studio for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
• Exposure to the Data Center Infrastructure industry is a plus.
• Relevant professional certifications (OIC/OPA, Database).
