Vice President, Cloudflare One GTM - Cloudflare

About the Role

Cloudflare is seeking a visionary, entrepreneurial executive to serve as the Vice President, Cloudflare One (CF1) GTM. You will lead the "CF1 Speedboat," a dedicated, cross-functional organization operating with the agility of a startup, backed by Cloudflare’s global infrastructure. You will own and scale a high-growth global business, define the GTM strategy, and build a multi-billion-dollar business in the SASE and Zero Trust market.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and Scale the Business: Act as the general manager of the Cloudflare One business unit with full accountability for global GTM strategy, execution, and P&L performance.
• Define Market Strategy: Craft a differentiated strategy to establish Cloudflare as the world’s leading SASE and Zero Trust platform.
• Build Leadership Teams: Recruit and lead a global organization across sales, solution engineering, success, operations, and GTM strategy.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Manage high-velocity operating cadences, including forecasting, pipeline management, and executive-level reporting.
• Champion Partner-First Motion: Drive growth through deep collaboration with global systems integrators, MSPs, and channel partners.
• Lead AI Security Motion: Own the GTM for AI-native enterprises, driving adoption of AI Gateway, Zero Trust for AI model access, and DLP for prompt-level data protection.
• Evangelize the Vision: Serve as an executive spokesperson with customers, partners, and industry analysts.

Qualifications & Experience

• Enterprise Builder: 15+ years leading large-scale enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity businesses, with prior GM or P&L ownership.
• Strategic Visionary: Deep understanding of cybersecurity, networking, and cloud ecosystems (SASE, Zero Trust, SD-WAN).
• Partner-First Leader: Proven record of building and scaling partner-led GTM models.
• Competitive Depth: Track record of winning against entrenched security incumbents.
• AI Market Fluency: Understanding of AI infrastructure requirements and security needs.
• Executive Presence: Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for engagement with boards and global audiences.
