Description

All organizations need security testing for their software and we are building the world’s largest and smartest pentest management platform to help solve this challenge at scale.

As a Contract Senior Staff Product Manager, you will drive the definition, delivery, and adoption of new product features and ecosystem integrations. You will be responsible for taking the lead of our next gen deliverables, from user discovery and roadmap prioritization to go-to-market execution - ensuring that our platform evolves to solve the most pressing challenges in the security workflow.

This is a full-time contractor position providing hourly coverage from October through the end of February.

What You Would Do

  • Rapidly acquire new technical knowledge while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Champion strategic product direction across the organization and serve as a subject matter expert on defensive security operations.
  • Represent our customers by working with Product Design, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Manage platform next-gen feature deliverables and make tactical prioritization decisions.
  • Collaborate across teams to create alignment between engineering and stakeholders.
  • Become an expert in pentesting best practices and discuss product details with stakeholders.
  • Define and measure success metrics throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) readiness and orchestrate successful feature launches.
  • Maintain technical fluency in operational workflows of modern cybersecurity tools.

You Must Have

  • 8+ years experience in Product Management and 3+ years experience in cybersecurity tools (vulnerability management or offensive security platforms).
  • Strong technical skills to work alongside customers to debug and improve integration offerings.
  • Strong customer and stakeholder empathy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong bias for action, creative thinking, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with agile software development and working with global team members.
  • Hands-on experience with core cybersecurity tooling (DAST/SAST, vulnerability management, pentest platforms).
  • Full-time availability for the duration of the contract (October through the end of February).
