Senior Product Manager - ConvertKit

About the Role

Kit is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our builders team. You will own the core publishing platform—including email templates, landing pages, forms, and newsletter sites—enabling creators to build and scale their businesses. You will own key product surfaces end-to-end, from strategy to shipping, impacting hundreds of thousands of creators.

What You'll Do

• First Week: Onboard into Kit’s product ecosystem and tooling (Linear, Mixpanel, Omni).
• First Month: Build cross-functional rituals, meet with customers, and ship your first feature.
• First Six Months: Establish a clear product vision and strategy for the builders team.
• First Year: Lead major initiatives from conception to launch, driving measurable business impact.

Requirements

• Experience: 6-9+ years in product management with significant ownership of a core, revenue-driving product area.
• Technical Skills: Data-informed decision-making, systems thinking, and strong AI fluency.
• Collaboration: Proven track record of partnering with design to drive visual quality and craft.
• Expertise: Deep experience with online content creation, publishing tools, or editors.
• Traits: High ownership, low ego, and the ability to influence without authority.

Working Hours

This role is 100% remote. You must be available for consistent overlap with teams in Europe and the U.S., specifically:

• Fixed Meetings: Mon/Wed/Thu, 10:45–11:45 a.m. ET.
• Collaboration Window: 12:00–2:00 p.m. ET for planning and project meetings.
• Focus Days: Fridays are meeting-free.
