We’re seeking a high-performing Sales Engineer Specialist to help drive the success of our Storage & Analysis product portfolio in EMEA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in customer-facing environments, takes ownership of outcomes, and has a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
What You Will Do
- Help customers understand the value of Cribl’s Storage & Analysis products during the entire sales process.
- Partner with a dedicated Product Sales Specialist to develop and execute sales strategies, support customer engagement, and drive pipeline growth across emerging product lines.
- Collaborate with the broader Field team to develop demos, presentations, and other selling artifacts reflecting customer buying and usage patterns.
- Demo the product and answer customer questions during initial sales calls.
- Deliver sales presentations, technical information, product demonstrations, and execute Proof of Value events.
- Guide customers through proof-of-concept activities and help ensure successful outcomes.
- Document interesting use cases in blog posts and product documentation.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience working with logs, metrics, observability, IT operations, or security solutions in a customer-facing role (Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Forward Deployed Engineering, etc.).
- Background of successfully selling into both new and existing customers (landing and expanding).
- Ability to teach ways to identify new and existing opportunities through consultative selling methodologies.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent AND 3–5 years of experience in a customer-facing role (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Background in cybersecurity, data analytics, or AI/ML technologies.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%.
- Must reside in the United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, or France.
