About the role
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our EMEA team. This is a revenue ownership role where you will manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts, driving renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and building long-term relationships. You will be a key commercial voice within our tight-knit EMEA team.
Note: This role is open to candidates based in the UK or Ireland only.

What you'll do
- Own the full commercial strategy for a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts, including renewals, expansion, and churn mitigation.
- Drive growth by helping customers adopt Customer.io strategically and identifying new use cases.
- Forecast renewal and expansion pipeline accurately using a clear, repeatable methodology.
- Build multi-threaded relationships from day-to-day operators to Directors and VPs.
- Partner with Customer Success on account health and Sales on expansion deals.
- Engage Legal and Finance on complex renewals and collaborate cross-functionally.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in Sr. Account Management, Sales, or a related SaaS commercial role (5+ years preferred).
- Experience managing $5m ARR, predominantly in the mid-market space.
- Proven ability to grow customer spend through genuine adoption and value articulation.
- A clear, logical forecasting methodology.
- Proficiency in pulling usage data, tracking health scores, and building dashboards.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be based in the UK or Ireland.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $151,700 - $212,000 OTE (or local currency equivalent).
