About the role

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our EMEA team. This is a revenue ownership role where you will manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts, driving renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and building long-term relationships. You will be a key commercial voice within our tight-knit EMEA team.

Note: This role is open to candidates based in the UK or Ireland only.

What you'll do

  • Own the full commercial strategy for a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts, including renewals, expansion, and churn mitigation.
  • Drive growth by helping customers adopt Customer.io strategically and identifying new use cases.
  • Forecast renewal and expansion pipeline accurately using a clear, repeatable methodology.
  • Build multi-threaded relationships from day-to-day operators to Directors and VPs.
  • Partner with Customer Success on account health and Sales on expansion deals.
  • Engage Legal and Finance on complex renewals and collaborate cross-functionally.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in Sr. Account Management, Sales, or a related SaaS commercial role (5+ years preferred).
  • Experience managing $5m ARR, predominantly in the mid-market space.
  • Proven ability to grow customer spend through genuine adoption and value articulation.
  • A clear, logical forecasting methodology.
  • Proficiency in pulling usage data, tracking health scores, and building dashboards.
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the UK or Ireland.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $151,700 - $212,000 OTE (or local currency equivalent).
