About Duvo

Duvo helps large companies complete operational work that their teams lack time to finish. This often involves tasks spanning ERP systems, multiple portals, inboxes, spreadsheets, and occasional phone calls.

Our customers include Morrisons, Holland & Barrett, Boden, Notino, Allegro, and Rohlik. Buyers are typically Heads of Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or IT at major retailers or consumer goods brands, with increasing expansion into other industries.

We successfully raised a $32M Series A in October 2026, led by Balderton with Index, Northzone, and Credo, bringing our total funding to $48M. A significant portion of this investment is dedicated to expanding the team you would join.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to be the very first Sales Development Representative (SDR) in EMEA. You won't be inheriting an existing playbook; instead, you will be responsible for building the entire outbound motion from the ground up. This includes defining lists, crafting messaging, selecting tooling, and establishing effective cadences.

You will collaborate closely with Senior Account Executives in key markets, supported by a pre-sales team, and have direct involvement from the SVP of Go-to-Market in prioritizing your efforts. If you thrive on creating strategies and building playbooks that others will follow, this role is for you.

What you'll do

  • Build pipeline into enterprise retail and consumer goods across EMEA, and into new industries we are expanding into.
  • Identify and target key decision-makers, such as Heads of Supply Chain, Finance Directors, and Commercial Operations leads, who require highly personalized outreach.
  • Conduct in-depth research to uncover specific operational processes that are costing companies money, informing your outreach strategy before any communication is sent.
  • Execute outbound campaigns across various channels including email, phone, LinkedIn, and other effective platforms.
  • Utilize AI strategically for research, list building, personalization, and qualification, automating repetitive tasks rather than performing them manually.
  • Hand over qualified meetings with a clear hypothesis, enabling Account Executives to approach initial calls with an understanding of the potential problem.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and the effectiveness of strategies, acting as an early indicator for the wider team.

Who you are

  • 2+ years of experience in an SDR or BDR role selling B2B software, with a proven track record of consistent quota attainment over a full cycle.
  • Demonstrated experience working with AI technology, either as a user or a seller. You should be able to articulate your usage, rationale, and limitations of AI tools.
  • Proficient with AI-native tooling such as Clay, Lemlist, or similar platforms, and a trusted LLM. Basic use of ChatGPT for email tidying will not be sufficient.
  • A proactive hunter who builds their own lists and drives outreach, rather than relying solely on marketing-generated leads.
  • Exceptional writing skills: concise, specific, and customer-centric. Avoid lengthy descriptions of company funding rounds.
  • Resilient and professional in the face of rejection, understanding that a high volume of non-replies is part of the role.
  • Fluent in English. Proficiency in a second European language is a significant advantage for this region.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into retail, FMCG, or supply chain operations.
  • Exposure to consumption-based pricing, hyperscaler ecosystems, or partner-led selling models.
  • Experience building something, either professionally or personally, that others use.

What we offer

  • Competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential. The OTE range will be shared during the first call.
  • Equity for all employees at Duvo.
  • The opportunity to join a Series A company with established customers, proven success, and significant funding to pursue a larger market.
  • The autonomy to define your own patch as the inaugural SDR in EMEA.
  • A fully remote work environment from anywhere in Europe.
  • Quarterly offsite gatherings in Prague.
